Welcome to Jay Byrd Cakes! A homegrown business with deep Southern roots named after its founders, husband and wife duo, Jay and Paula Byrd. Through their years of commitment (both to each other and to finding the most delicious recipes), the pair of Byrds have finally committed to creating delicious desserts that can be delivered straight to your home.
Sweet, but not-too-sweet lemon, chocolatey chocolate (yes, that includes brownies!) and delectable carrot, each "cake" is baked with a storybook sort of love, handcrafted and meant to be shared alongside your cherished ones for all of life’s special moments: victory laps around the sun, anniversaries (silver, diamond and beyond), or simply “thinking of you”. All cakes are also available in gluten-free.
