We're Jay and Paula Byrd! A loving husband and wife based out of Charlotte, North Carolina with a shared passion for delicious, homemade recipes and making lasting memories with those we cherish most. 

At its simplest, Jay Byrd Cakes is our passion project. After years working in the corporate world, we've finally decided to make our passion for cakes our career by offering them nation-wide for delivery directly to your doorstep.

Whether you prefer lemon, chocolate, carrot, or something in between, our cakes are the byproduct of years of heirloom recipes and a whole lot of love, and we're finally ready to offer them to you. We hope you enjoy!
