Shipping policy
- Cakes are shipped within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
- Shipping charges are a flat rate based on your location.
- We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.
- We ship cakes on Monday and Tuesdays
- January to October
- First week of the month
- Third week of the month
- November and December:
- First, Second and Third weeks of the month
- Free local deliveries are available within a 10 mile radius of 4806 Trey View Court Mint Hill, NC 28227.
- Please make sure the recipient receiving a Jay Byrd Cake shipment will be home to receive the order, especially if the location is an apartment complex or office building.
- Contact Jaybyrdcakes@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving a damaged shipment to report damage. Include a picture of the damaged product. We will work with you to determine the appropriate solution.
